what are the best techniques of leaving the frustrations of work at work. The dog can't take much more...Jk.

Physical activity is great. Long term, you may want to change jobs or find ways to make it less stressful.

Read the book "don't go to work unless it's fun" by Frank Sanitate.

I have a job that is with me all the time, I just have the personality that allows me not to have an ulcer.

I also watch a bunch of shit on tv that is escapism.

I personnally travel in bike during the summer and that became a reliever. So sports is a good way of evacuating.
