I would give a call to Nashville and steal both Barry Trotz and David Poile from them.
What they've been able to do over with all the restrictions in budget and everything is amazing. I'd love to see them work within a filled up payrole.
If not them, then I'd interview the younger and newer hockey minds. Don't care about their race, religious beliefs, the language they speak, I just care how they view hockey and how they want to build a team, how they want to attract UFA's, how they want the direction of the team is going, and so on.
