Since we're on a bit of a dog theme, I thought I would post a couple of pictures of my dog, "Miami", who I had to have "put down" eight years ago yesterday (July 18th). A couple of the pictures are grainy because they were old pictures that were scanned and enlarged.

Cheers JCY. It's true. It's too bad I struggle with the clean eating or that would be the norm. I tend to fluctuate with water retention due to my sometimes not so good food intake.

Now that's a beautiful dog. I love most dogs but Pitties are my absolute favourite.

German Shepherds are probably my second so BURG's dog was beautiful too.
