Definitely seems notable that Pence & his staff were the only high-level members of Trump’s entourage who stayed behind at the rose garden rather than joining him for his walk to the church.

Still though, Pence has been a spineless sycophantic weasel to this point, so I find it difficult to believe that’s changed now.
