I don’t see it as a big deal. Richardson will still handle the D pairings and matchups. The game plan (including the line combos) is pretty much set in stone now.

Im sure they will have a method of communication going at intermissions for him to speak to them as well.

Yeah he can but remember last year with Muller. They were not using it during the game..

Yeah that’s what I was wondering about. If the nhl prohibits it. Maybe he has to be in the building watching live and not on tv? I ain’t sure on that side of it.

that was completely different —- Julien suffered a cardiac issue. Coaching a playoff game isn’t easy on the ticker so it was a non starter health wise... but in any case, it might be illegal to coach via a wire
