I’ve been in “V” for years now in the lower bowl and have an aisle seat. I like sitting higher up in the lower bowl — no obstructions and just low enough to avoid nonsense in the lounge area.

Yes it has. When the league switched to the current divisional alignments both Pittburgh and Anaheim won their new divisions after winning their divisions in the previous alignment the season before.
I figured it had, but I remembered they were in different divisions and took a look.

Assume Canes put out a statement on Tripp but it might just be "medical leave of absence" Due to HIPAA that's all they can say unless he gives permission
They may not ... I don't really care about a statement, to be honest. I just hope Tripp is getting the help he needs.

Today's useless facts as we approach what amounts to one more meaningless regular season game:
Brady Skjei is tied for 10th in the NHL in Even strength points by a Dman with 38. Shea Theodore and Adam Fox are the other 2 Dmen with 38 Even strength points this season.
Skjei's 38 even strength points by a Dman is also tied for 2nd in franchise history with Mark Howe. Howe also holds the #1 spot in franchise history with 57 even strength points in the 79-80 season.
Jaccob Slavin's current mark of +35 is tied for the best single season +/- number for any player in franchise history. Brett Pesce was also +35 in the 18-19 season.
Slavin is currently +112 for his career, also a franchise best. Turbo is 2nd at +78. Aho is 3rd at +72. And Ulf Samuelsson is 4th at +71
