A flight attendant's adult daughter, flying on standby for cheap because her mom works for Air Canada, decided to lodge a formal complaint about the level of customer service she received from the gate attendants. She addressed her complaint to senior management and the media. Now both she and her mom have had their standby privileges revoked because that's what happens, Karen. If you want to complain, buy a fucking ticket.
