hard to say, there are many reasons why an environment might be better. It could have nothing to do with on-ice state of the teams.
 
Different situations, I get it. But that's the kind of big dick move that I wish dubas even attempted in Toronto to help take them to the next level. Curious to see what the return is.. I bet it's far less than what many are thinking.

Funny how doobs floated to his bros in the media that shanny meddled and now somebody didn’t want to be his gm because it would be a 2nd fiddle type role… and doobs couldn’t find anybody else suitable for the role besides himself.

Played it safe in the Toronto because guys like Shanny and more importantly Zeke reassured him that getting the Nick Folignos of the world would put them over the top.

He’s got to try harder in a town where nobody fawns over him 24/7
 
Pridham is a local boy with a local wife

He wore the same pajamas Tavares did. Gonna be tough to get him to leave here for anything other than a real promotion. Moving from being Dubas' cap and contract lackey here to there isn't really a promotion regardless of title change. Hes also the next in line for this job if Tre doesn't handle his business over the next 3-4 years

A general theme that has started to look likely is that a lot of people like Kyle, but they don't really respect him in that way
