i know i posted this earlier but im wondering if they're gonna try to get SCOTUS to overturn obergfell here which Alito has hinted is in jeopardy.

That Alabama court decision is just insane. I didn’t realize, but it actually stems from wrongful death claims brought by the “parents” of the embryos against the person that accidentally destroyed them.

What is next? Criminal charges for that person? Child abuse charges for the doctors and nurses that put them in the freezer? Does the technician that made the embryos have any parental rights? Crazy stuff.
