The country's economy is on the edge of imploding and there's not a lot that can be done from here to keep Americans from becoming poorer and less competitive in the world economy moving forward...and 43% approve of what's being done because of how deeply ignorant it's citizenry has become to basically anything outside of their little bubbles.
They're people who for some reason think they were living in Argentina and have accepted that massive pain was necessary to fix....the best economy they've had in the last ~50 years because they're unable to grasp that taxing rich people would help repair the wealth inequality that was really their only economic problem.

Apparently the immigration judge can't use the constitutional questions as part of their judgement and their scope is narrowly focused on the immigration aspect of it.

Once upon a long time ago, counting sticks used to be a thing. I suppose they might still be used for accounting functions in parts of the world not yet intruded upon by modernity. My digital counting sticks are pretty badly worn out from the process of trying to keep up with all the shit the Idiot-in-chief and his crew keep flinging. This was "just" another instance of more to come.
