This guy is setting the country back 20-30 yrs. Green tech was starting to explode under Biden but the industry is going to die on the vine under Trump. It's going to take 5-10 years post Trump just to get back to where it was in 23-24.
Choosing to simply not compete with China for the future economy outside of AI (which I stand by my previous takes....it's only major utility is in it's ability to do the job of people worse, but cheaper) is a brutal, brutal choice. I fucking hate that we're handing the future to China.

Nah. The tech is going to be so widespread and cheap in 10-15 years that adoption will be a requirement for basic economic competitiveness. But every panel and associated hardware will be Chinese designed and sourced with the main benefits flowing back to them as Americans spend decades to catch up while paying retail price to do so.
