Just listing our inventory of wingers. We are not as deep as we think. So I am not against a W acquisition.

I doubt that Gally and Struble are what we will be trading back.. Kyrou NTC is in play and if he is willing to waive to go to Montreal you have to listen..he has played centre, he finished tied for 5th in the league scoring 5 on 5 with 25..1 behind Cole.. I think if we do trade for him Matheson has to be going the other way... we have no one in our system like Kyrou.... having said that, it would not surprise me if the Habs sign Kuznetsov.. to a 1 year contract.. he played with Demidov.. and the Hab brass have been watching him play.. he is a left handed centre which also helps in replacing Dvorak .. the Habs have to set it up for Demidov success ...

I like Kyrou, 3 seasons of 70+ points, 3 seasons of 30+ goals. He would really bolster our secondary scoring. I'd prefer someone with more muscle but he's also defensively responsible. It really depends on the ask, and I wouldn't want to spend too much of our valuable assets and then not have enough to get a center.

You dont turn up your nose at a guy who can rack up points the way Kyrou has. You can ALWAYS use a player like that.

Im hearing that Seattle wants to move McCann. Hes 29 but has had 50 or more points the last 4 years with the Kraken.

I can see Kraken trading McCann before they need to renegotiate his contract in 2 years....they will have profited from his best years, and now let another team overpay him into his 30's
