Stagnation because they cannot put teams away…it’s been a problem the last few seasons.

They are good at making comebacks, but cannot finish teams off (see game 4 and 6)
 
I agree with Habsy, they need to make second round….they can lose in second round, and it’ll be progress for the young players….losing against Tampa when they know deep down they had this wrapped up in Game 4 might be demoralizing for the young players
 
Demoralizing maybe but also a learning experience with sting. That’s how they grow.
 
Heading to Tampa in an hour. I realized I’ve put over 2k miles on my car for these Habbies but rarely do I get to see 4 playoff games. My concern is they’ve won-lost-won with me in attendance. Don’t have a great feeling about this one, hope my gut is wrong.
 
This is only the 2nd playoff for this group. It has been way better this year without Dobson, no comparison. Add Hage and Reinbacher.
 
I expect they’ll lose because this series is so tight and so dominated by nearly flawless systems that it will come down to individual mistakes.

And that is one area where the Habs are vulnerable. They suffer from brain cramps now and again.

TBay blew a lead in game 3… should’ve been “wrapped up”

With a putrid UFA group + exploding cap ceiling + changing of the guard not lost on GMs, I expect the trade market to be whacky..

Habs are well positioned w assets to be close to front of the line

Michigan is likely to be back in the Frozen Four so there's a good chance he won't even be available to the Habs until game 81 or 82 again, if then. HuGo need to plan for next season without Hage being a part of the team . . . at any point.
