I can't imagine a scenario where they don't offer him a new contract. They might offer less money and effectively "cancel" the show... but even then, I don't see it. There will be a massive number of cancellations as soon as he signs off for the last time.

He's still awesome. Preston doesn't listen anymore because he's not as much of a maniac anymore. He doesn't start feuds with celebs anymore. The show is still very popular and hilarious. He'd definitely have a very popular podcast if he wanted to go that direction. I don't see it happening...

Highly unlikely that he's going to be as valuable as DVo. If he can do exactly what DVo did last year, he's an absolute bargain.
