I have a buddy who can't walk near dirt without finding an arrowhead, tip, tool, etc. I've gone with him when the lakes get really low in late summer. I found a few chips and pieces, etc but nothing worthwhile. I found one decent sized piece he said was a skinner or tool of some sort. But my ex thought it was just a rock and threw it into the yard. I've never found an actual arrowhead, etc. But my buddy can't find sharks teeth at the beach. And I can't walk on the beach without filling my pockets with them. But I grew up pulling sharks teeth near Carolina Beach. Wed pull them out of the road, in the summer when it was hot. The gravel in the asphalt had tons of sharks teeth in it. We'd find them in gravel driveways, etc and at the beach. I guess he grew up in Franklin County walking tobacco fields after they plowed, so it's what we got used to.
