Ah, the ghosts of playoffs past. We had Kadri, then Bunting and now Domi has stepped up to fill that vacancy. Give me a Kadri or Bunting over Domi mind you. I hope Robertson gets a chance to fill that useless vacancy that Domi represents.

Honestly, the worst team of cheap-shotting rats I've ever seen, and the worst collection of divers I've seen since the 2010's era Vancouver Canucks. And yet their dipshit coach goes in front of the media and nauseatingly pretends like they're the innocent victims.

I'm thoroughly fucking disgusted with these assholes.

I mean, I didn't expect a sweep and I don't think anyone else did either. A 2-0 series lead is pretty damn nice, it felt real good didn't it?

2-1 isn't bad either but a chance to take a 3-1 stranglehold is presented and these fucks give us last night's shit?

I could handle a hard fought loss to tie the series, I wouldn't like it but I could handle it, but that shit? Jesus.

I'll be surprised if they win another game.

End of the day for me - Austons got to score. It can be a quadruple deflection off the tip of his cock or a flubbed shot or whatever. He is the best goal scorer in the league right now (which is a ridiculous thing to say with the all time leading scorer still a 40+ goal guy), in the prime years of his career and he has 3 goals in his past 20 playoff games.

Also went 0-for during the 4-Nations tournament.

Meanwhile, you look at a guy like Rantanen just going ham and scoring ALL the playoff goals, and you wonder why that hasn’t ever been Auston. Not even once in his entire career.

I mean, fuck. Ole’ feet-for-hands Zach Hyman has even managed to have a dominant goal-scoring playoff run before Auston ever has.

It’s perplexing. And sure maybe he’s hurt but why does that keep happening only in April?

Love the guy and it’s great that he’s dominant defensively but he needs to turn up the offense. This team is never going to win if he isn’t scoring.

He’s being overly defensive when not being put up against top players while in Florida. When he is getting match ups by Maurice that have him away from Barkov and co - he should be going full out and not trying to dominate defensively against guys that aren’t threats.

Also, doesn’t help that Marner turns into a pumpkin as the series goes beyond game 3 aside from one game against Ottawa.

I didn’t understand why coach switched marner back to Matthews line after he started off the third with JT and looked like a threat.

You’re doing what we always do here - he’s just too focused on defense (an excuse) and by the way Marner was shit (the eternal deflection).

Matthews is the captain, highest paid player, top dog, etc.

This team is never going to win if he’s not scoring goals.
