100% right. They’ll probably shut him down in 3 weeks and he’ll get surgery. However, imagine if he can come back and even be a productive bench bat for late innings/pinch hit opportunities? Definitely cant pass that up

Do we even want him to come back? What a waste to even sign him. Feels like it was mostly just a bargaining tactic they used to get Vladdy extended, and now they have no need for him.

No need for a player who has averaged 35 hr and 95 RBI last 3 years

His 122wrc+ those 3yrs (ignoring this year) would place him 8th on these jays, slightly ahead of 9th and 10th.
