Mitch better pick it up. If he spends another season just hovering around the 20-goal/PPG mark while 50+ goal/100+ point Auston Matthews makes a triumphant return without Mitch feeding him the puck, Paul might even throw Mitch a good beating to go along with the usual emotional abuse. Will probably ground him for the summer too.

I think it would have hurt him more if no one gave two shits, including the media - but our media sucks at supporting our own team with anything.
