For a preseason game, this was actually fun to watch at the PNC, no Lenova, arena. Of course, it was an NHL team vs. an AHL team, but the game was fast and pretty physcal. The new guys looked good.

Excellent contract (with or without the deferred compensation). Jarvy has been a player that has definitely overdelivered and this contract recognizes that fact.

Not surprising, nor is it unreasonable from his perspective. He'll want to earn a bigger paycheck and if that makes him more productive it's a win-win for everyone.

So far, so good with my switch to YouTube TV this summer. I miss the History Channel, too - but I really didn't watch it often enough for that to be a showstopper. I don't like the multiple steps and pauses to switch channels, but the difference in cost more than makes up for any inconvenience.
