Lets face it, this team is cooked.

Leafs will have loads of money to reshape the team in a new direction.

We have been saying the team needs a huge change for years. Like it or not its here and just through contract expiration. Thank god.
 
You or ME need to change your avatar. I saw this thread an hour ago and thought "wow this is very uncharacteristic of ME" and then I moved on. Now I see it wasn't ME. But still fuck ME.
 
It's the exact moment in time where everything started going wrong for him. If he had just left the damn apple in the box he would be Prime Minister right now.

You know bud, I get it, I really do.

Like you, I am completely and utterly convinced that these chumps will pull off the crowning achievement in their quest to become known as the greatest playoff chokers in modern professional sports history by "improving" their record in elimination games to 1-15 and besting their 3-1 choke job against Montreal by becoming only the fifth team in NHL history to blow a 3-0 series lead. Not a shadow of a doubt in my mind.

But...BUT! Even I, one of this forum's noted overly-emotional lunatics, think it's just a wee bit too psychotic to start our official off-season thread and begin the post-mortem on this hockey club when we're more than 24 hours out from the next game and the Leafs are still leading in the series.
