A big part of it was one particular promo that yielded about $60,000 between Mrs. Presto and I. They just handed away free money with this one and I'm shocked that the program is still apparently going. The rest is just grinding away at welcome bonuses on various sites that will yield anywhere from $500-$2000 per app generally. You just have to wager a certain amount to get the welcome bonuses and I do that by hedging bets on other sites to break-even or slightly better no matter the result. These totals are combined with Mrs. Presto fwiw.

And occasionally you'll get lucky like when I won $1800 on free slot spins or when they pay out early on games in a blowout game where I win on both sides of the hedge. This happened to me this weekend on the Jaguars game which yielded $2100 extra. It's a risk-free sort of deal. I have no gambling compulsions so it works for me but I know I'm a sociopathic robot so it's not for everyone.

Basically just get as many promos as I can find? Then hedge some bets?
 
Presty and his investment guidance fucked me real nice too!

Moral of the story? Don't follow anyone's lead on money matters and just do your own thing, unless handing your cash off to an investment professional.
