That's a lot of moolah for Brownie. But I'm actually really happy for him. Good player, good guy, from 7th rounder to this $10M payday.

Brown put up 43 pts playing against stiff comp last year. Kerfoot, with virtually the same deal, had much lower production last year but similar production in years previous against weaker comp.

No one was “eager” to get him out of town. He’s just another in a long line of good supporting players that we could no longer afford.
