The slow decline for Tampa started last year when they lost in the first round. I still think they're making the playoffs, but the days of Tampa being the juggernauts of the east is over.
Bawstun's in for a rude awakening, though. They fucked up big time last year. They still have one of the best defenses in the league, which is going to keep them in a lot of games, but their center depth is atrocious and they have no prospects coming.
