Well it looks like the Perry rumour that Count and I were spreading has been debunked, so looks like my confidence in hockey PR (and the continued immaturity of hockey fans) is restored.

The only playoff success that counts is a Cup. Anything short of that is just semantics, like arguing how many angels can dance on the head of a pin. The truth of the matter is that any team led by 97 and 29 is closer to a Cup than a team led by 14 and 22. And since 97 and 29 ain't getting either younger or cheaper, the time for them is now, not 5 years from now.
I didn't spread anything, I just wanted it to be her. Not sure if one reporter saying it is false is debunked. The denial is up there with "safe and effective".
