He wasn’t wired to play in Mtl market, i suspect Cdn market pressures are effecting Huberdeau as wellDrouin has 12 points in his last 11 games. Played almost 25 minutes against Dallas tonight, WTF?

Because of that huge francophone community in Calgary? He wasn’t wired to play in Mtl market, i suspect Cdn market pressures are effecting Huberdeau as well
As Gord Miller says repeatedly: “it’s well known in hockey circles players, especially skilled types, have no desire to play in Cdn markets for a myriad of reasons including constant fan & media focus…”Because of that huge francophone community in Calgary?
It's a good thing that snowflakes like Stamkos never tried playing soccer in Europe. As Gord Miller says repeatedly: “it’s well known in hockey circles players, especially skilled types, have no desire to play in Cdn markets for a myriad of reasons including constant fan & media focus…”
Or better yet, as Stamkos stated openly to The Athletic earlier this year about TBay, when asked about what players look for in a team when they’ve got the opportunity to choose:
“You have enough notoriety if you need to (pull strings to) get a reservation or go anywhere, but it’s not over the top,'” said Stamkos. “That’s what is pretty special about it — you have the sold-out rinks, the passionate fans but you can go to the beach and not get recognized.
You can play golf during the season, you can get away from the game a little bit and be outdoors and from a family perspective, that’s amazing too.”
It's a good thing that snowflakes like Stamkos never tried playing soccer in Europe.

Clean hit, unfortunate outcome, despite what the crybabies on Twitter are saying.
And course, because hockey culture is broken, Chicago has to give it right back, this time with an actual dirty hit.

Dear Montreal Canadiens, please take note. This is how you do it.

Yup , its not junior hockey where he danced in the zone unscathedBedard kinda walked into that one. The outcome is unfortunate.
Hischier got caught looking his pass. There is about 2 seconds after a pass that you're still eligible to be hit, it was about during that time frame. Refs didn't even call anything. Was it a big hit? Yes. Was it in retaliation? Possibly. Was it dirty? Not really. The second hit is gross. It's clear interference and a retaliation hit.
Hischier gave up the puck, he's not in the play anymore and Murphy just levels him. Not only that, Murphy starts to move towards Hischier after the recipient of that Hischier pass has already tried to send it to someone else.
That's just trying to hurt players for no reason beyond neanderthal thinking.
