I keep telling you that basketball isn't real. And Raptors or not, nobody in Canada gives a shit. These players are mostly American and bad behavior is expected. Also, my tax dollars don't help to pay the legal fees of NBA rapists.

but they did pay for Arar and for a losing war in Ukraine (as well as continuous wuhan boosters), as you have told me re those, you don't get to pick where you tax dollars go

They paid Arar because the Harper government looked the other way while he was tortured. We had to pay because if it had gone to court it would have cost us even more.

And the Ukies aren't losing and you should be glad they aren't because if the Ukies don't beat the Russkies there, Count Jr. will have to fight then over here.

Russia is never going to invade Canada, you know it and I know.

Maybe they were right to let him be tortured, he is nothing but a terrorist simp now anyway.

As for the "had we gone to court" argument, that is exactly what Hockey Canada did to pay off the alleged victim, HC just had an NDA like most cases like this.

Things that the government does in our name we have to pay for. Things that Hockey Canada does they can damn well pay for themselves.
