It's the easiest part of their schedule. They haven't played any good teams during this run. They beat Arizona, they beat Anaheim. Whoopdy friggin' do. Now they're going to play Vegas and Boston.

The fucking dummie needs to keep his fucking head up. The first was high but he was going into the corner with his head low.
I get that these hits are bad but at what point do we make the player responsible to pull up knowing that in the NHL they get their fucking heads taken off from anywhere.

Well, here's the thing. Two things can be true: He needs to keep his head up, for his own good, and the hit he received isn't tolerated in today's league for good reason, which is why he got kicked out of the game. Matthew Rempe could have easily laid into him without shoving his shoulder & arm directly to Bastian's face.
The second hit, however, was perfectly clean and there shouldn't be any issue with it. Shoulder to shoulder, open ice, Bastian got all pissy because he landed on his ass.
What bothers me the most is how the NHL spotters let Bastian go back into the game. I don't care if he wasn't "officially" ruled out with a concussion, he got fucked up on that hit.
