So yeah, this was the view from the deck this evening, give or take a few seconds of exposure.

The colours dialed it down a bunch by the time I was able to get out of the house and try to get somewhere to get an actual composition out of it, but still a brighter aurora than anything I've seen since I left northern alberta.

Yeah, not as crazy as last night but it looks like it.
The red line is the view line, anything there and north, so it looks like we're on again for anyone north of Lake Ontario.

Same. Had a 1am MRI and nothing on the drive from burlington to mississauga

Maybe. The images I took were at 2-8 seconds exposure. The 2 second stuff is pretty close to what you would see in a dark sky. The 8 second exposures with the reds and purples were visible but not as vivid to the naked eye. I'm lucky that my back yard is right on a large protected wetland inside the city boundaries so the light pollution isn't as bad out here.

Was way past it's peak by then. The colours I was getting at 9:30 were gone by the time I got down to the waterfront at 10:30 and I was pushing into 15-20 second exposures to get anything by 12:30.
