I agree that Robby would be great with Matthews and marner but none of them can grind in the corners when it comes up. So I'm happy with Knies as a young power forward

I think the issue is that if Knies is at his best when he's on the puck, doing board work, etc and that he doesn't use his linemates well....he can do that on another line and bring value to it and find someone who brings something to the Matthews line that they need.

pretty sure every coach knies has ever had has had him on the top line, including wjc and olympics and now two nhl coaches.
