Things are going pretty well right now. Offense seems to be finally loosening up a bit. Healthwise the few injuries are fringey. We're playing mostly middling teams at the moment.

It's a little too early to get our hopes up but a tiny stumble from WSH losing two in a row still keeps me looking at a potential run for 1st in the conference. But even if that doesn't happen, getting 1st in the division seems like a pretty huge get this year - FLA and TBL are coming on like gangbusters now and are still really good teams. I would rather avoid them in the first round - the gap between those two and whoever the 4th place team is is pretty huge. It'd be really dissappointing if we didn't finish strong and keep 1st place after having it most the year.

Tanev missing tonight is a pretty big blow, but it looks like Miller and Fox are out for the Rangers so there's no excuse for us there.

2nd PP unit seems to be producing kinda regularly after going scoreless for the first half.
