The Canes begin the season ending roadie in The Hub.

The Canes hold their fate in their own hands…win out and they’re no worse than the 2nd seed in the East, they own the tiebreaker with the Bruins. Maybe try not to lose the game in the first 10 minutes tonight? They practiced yesterday but it was mostly radio silence. Andersen didn’t practice, so it will be Kochetkov or Martin in goal tonight.

The Bruins are coming off a win over the reeling Panthers on Sunday. Their magic number for clinching the division is 4, which they could do tonight with a win over the Canes and a Panthers regulation loss to the Sens. Pastrnak and Zacha are both better than a point per game over their last 10, Danton Heinen has 9 points.

Given how close everybody is in that top layer in the East, 2nd overall seed is a bigger prize than you'd normally think.
 
Toronto asking Ghislain Hebert WTF he was looking at. He was above the goal line when Necas shot that. There is a reason why he’ll get to 1,000 career games without sniffing the playoffs.
