yup. And then they’ll wonder why they got so close to the playoffs and finished 9th. Consistently losing to teams they should beat. Such an embarrassment.

coaches ask players to work on their defence...can Lehkonen fuckin work on hitting the net and shooting the puck better.

the chances he misses are momentum killers...a clear cut two on one shorthanded and he hits the glass
 
Before they won last night I said the Habs would loose to Detroit and their 12 game winless streak.

It’s absolutely ridiculous how they just don’t beat these teams. Playing down to the competition.

Habs dominated but it’s games like this that elite sniper find a way to put it away...Habs need that missing component (which hopefully Caufield will be as early as next spring if he pulls a McAvoy draft + 1 year ramp up)

Please hire a scouting staff that can actually draft players to fill roles on the team or does Timmins have some sort of Habs Scouting God for life title going on here?
 
This team is fairly easy to play against -- just one line to worry about.

Guys like Cousins and Weal on the PP don't threaten anyone.

Drouin isn't great but on this team he's Patrick Kane.
