Diekembe was in nets for the loss vs Caps at home, I expect Dobes to get the start in Wash, and Montembeault to start vs Stars on Saturday

Caps “don’t know” Dobes (weaknesses / tendencies etc), that’s an advantage for the Habs I would think, combined w team being rested after 3 days off

Also, less pressure on Dobes for a road game vs Sat night HNIC home game w team playing the second game of BTB

I dont have his tech savvy nor the time to make the threads any flashier than they are now. Plus, I was asked to keep them brief because posters don't want to have to scroll through a bunch of stuff. H4L did have some good stuff but it could sometimes take a bit of effort to get to the end.

His 2 starts have been on the road so I'd wager his 3rd one will be also. If they lose Friday they'll be gripping hard to pull out a win on Saturday. If Monty plays the Caps and loses, then Dobes plays at home with tons of pressure and against a better team than Washington.
