Hutson at 1 for sure, not sure about Slaf 2, but no lower than 3. Obviously no Nemec at 2.

Kapanen has 22 pts 5 on 5 vs 25 for Suzuki

Suzuki’s 5 on 5 #s are good, but nothing special. But he is deadly on PP, EN, and 3 on 3. One of the best in the league.

I remember this too but the timeline match so it was probably MSL simply using a basic formula to explain how he wasn’t sure how he would use him yet.

No doubt he saw Tex play in Columbus. He just didn’t feel like sharing that with reporters. For all we know, it might have been his idea.

at tonight’s presser, a reporter asked what does he think of Hughes ability to get guys like Texier and Dano on the cheap… and it was the only time MSL looked away, almost distracted. He praised HuGo but I felt like he was holding something back

Depends on who’s drafting first. Some teams would still skip on Hutson for Slafkovsky.

Another random stack to chew on. We now have 16 RW’s. That place is us in a tie for the eighth most in the conference.

So the very real situation of tied points at the end of the year losing out on a playoff spot due to RW‘s is being negated currently.
