Not a chance. First of all, Commando only has memorable quotes from one guy: Arnold. Slap Shot has memorable quotes from literally every cast member. Almost every line of dialogue is a meme.

The fact that I've not watched it means that it wasn't good enough to warrant any further viewings. It is merely one in a long line of Arnold "vehicles" (I won't dignify them by calling them movies) that were banal and all, essentially, just the same movie done over and over again.
