GDT - Leafs @ Isles | 7PM EST SNET-O

I almost forgot there's a game tonight ... the leafs' busy schedule begins with 3 games in next 4 days, and this is the last road game before they come home to ACC tomorrow night.

The Leafs nearly escaped losing 4 in a row, thanks to some puck luck and suspect goaltending by Boston. I hope that relieves some pressure off the team because honestly, despite the win, we DIDN'T play a good game in Boston.

My biggest concern is Andersen, who has looked pretty darn shakey since the all-star break. Every goalie is allowed to have bad stretches, but the good ones stop the slide and it's about time you do it, Mr. Andersen.

Babs said Alexey M (Sorry, can't spell his last name yet) won't get into the lineup tonight, and it seems like we'll see the deadly Hunlak combo tonight again.

There's a rather short list of players who has been playing well for us since the ASG, but I think Nylander tops that short list.

The Leafs have a pretty packed schedule, and some pretty tough opponents coming up over the next 10 games. The next 2.5 weeks will probably go a long way in determining whether this is a playoff team or not this year.

A win tonight will sure help. Go Leafs Go!!!

looks like the new pants got andy again.

if you watch carefully, jvr could have caught strome but he was just floating back.

he's so frustraitng.

Andersen gotta get out of this rut.

and very weird decision by zaitsev on their goal.

Andersen has indeed been really poor lately. We have an elite offense and some weaknesses on D that can be overcome with average to above average goaltending but when you get less than that it's not pretty.
