well our (in)competent anglo management took the guy they thought was best in 2022, we have to figure Wright and Cooley would be worse with us than they are now playing (I still figure Wright will return to his normal self, like Judas does every year with Carolina). Cooley is too small, no way we were taking another small centre.

Fun thing I learned yesterday. The NHL is counting shots differently now (thanks to gambling I assume).

Apparently they are more accurate and don't count shots if pucks are missing the net but are saved. I do wonder the impact of that on shooting percentage and save percentage.

we have made the post season once in a full season since 2015. Nothing can take away 2020/2021 from us but while it pains me to no end, Geeman is not wrong that we don't make those years in normal circs.
