Strange request perhaps, but I'm looking to an Icecaps jersey to mount on the wall. They're obviously not as prevalent as they once were, but I thought this group might have a possible lead on someone willing to sell one. If anyone knows where I might be able to get one, I'd love to know.

TY! Yeah, hard to find. I bet some dude has a box of them in a closet somewhere in Georgia in the back of a rink. :D

Since it's gonna be framed, size doesnt' matter.

I actually got the jersey I managed to keep from one of the guys who did screen printing for the team. The Ice Caps never paid is last bill so he had a bunch of crap in the back of his warehouse space. Sadly, it's one of the later ones with the more complicated logo design. I've had my eye out for a decent 91-92-93 era jersey (with the original, non-fussy State Capital dome graphic) for a long, long time.
 
eBay has a bunch of really good jersey guys that at times suddenly throw some hard to find jerseys up for sale that are pretty rare. Last year I sold an Islanders Fisherman third jersey for a really good profit and had no idea what some people are willing to pay for the harder to find jerseys.
 
Thanks for keeping eyes out everyone. I appreciate it. I ended up with something different but better. STill looking for a gameworn though.


On Twitter I asked for a Christmas miracle, a game worn Wildgoose jersey. Long story short, with hundreds of people helping me look online, Lyle's son Nicholas saw my tweet and reached out to me. He had me call his dad (OMG OMG!) and Lyle gave me one of his practice jerseys straight out of his closet. My friend Greg picked it up for me.
