With NC night on the horizon, I don't think they're selling jerseys, but if they are I'd be more than happy to pay someone to grab me a sz 60 (3x) and ship it to me (or hold til Stadium Series). If not, I know they mentioned they'll have swag and in that case I have hat money if anyone wouldn't mind. :)
 
Haven't looked into the gear yet, but I saw an ad for the Stadium Series game in the electronic sign in the concourse at RDU on my way back home yesterday. Definitely got me pumped for the game. Hard to imagine what weather we might get by then. Cold & dry is what I'm hoping for...

Lyle Wildgoose coached youth hockey for a couple of years, I guess when his kids were younger. Jimmy Powers co-owns The Piper’s Tavern on Falls of Neuse near I-540.
 
Haven’t seen Jimmy in years. Used to have dinner at Pipers once and a while.
lyle is a member of our golf club.
Mike Lappin is another and lives around here as does Brad Mulayhe(sp) And others.
I was an off ice official for the last couple,of years.
 
If you don't mind! I'd love a jersey although I doubt they'll have those, but a hat would be awesome! I can venmo/paypal monies tonight or tomorrow easy enough. If you'll be at the 2/16 or 2/18 games, I can grab it in person if you don't want to hassle with shipping too.

Yeah man, Venmo/Paypal works for me and shipping won't be a hassle since I have no idea if I'll be at the Feb 16 or 18 games. I have shipped vintage stereo equipment and anything that is not that is a piece of cake.

What size hat if it's fitted?

The jersey Lyle signed and gave to me was also signed by Jimmy and a few others, I think they did that at Piper's Tavern. My friend Greg picked it up for me, and took his kids. What a great group of guys, probably my most prized hockey related item (maybe my game used Irbe stick).

Canes Chief Marketing Officer Mike Forman tweeted about the jerseys yesterday. The Canes now own the rights to the IceCaps logo, they bought the rights after tracking down the owner. They also had to re-create the logo because there were no high resolution files.

I've got a 65 pound tube amplifier to ship sometime this month. Wanna come help? I'm honestly contemplating driving this thing to northern Florida to avoid the PIA of packing this monster.

8 or 8 1/4 -- Fitted over non-fitted for sure if they're around. I got a big noggin, I have several hats that only fit if I cut my hair. :)

I'm afraid that this would be outside of my comfort zone. Lol. Honestly, I wouldn't trust anyone being able to ship that beast in a safe and harmless manner.

yeah, thought about that - but I'm trying to track down a Kevyn Adams gamer so that level of jersey money is pre-spent.

This is where I get nostalgic for the old days when I could mark my time and pick up a game worn Wesley jersey for like $150*. You just had to hit a mid-week game in the doldrums of the schedule against a garbage opponent.

*like the one hanging in the closet behind me right now
