And as always, these are only the incidents that happen when a cop is stupid enough to do it right in front of somebody filming them. How often does this happen when there's no camera around?

So much this. These idiots have one job right now, don't confirm police brutality and they can't even do that. And back to Krustchev's is it endemic question, I think I've witnessed a video from almost every state with an incident like this, so yes, yes it is.
