The way beyond all of this SCOTUS stuff is to absolutely crush on November 4. An epic landslide of such massive proportion that no election fuckery possible can call the result into question (Trump will still try).

Then as long as the Dems don't trip all over their own dicks, fixing a bunch of this shit should be a layup. Scotus to 11 minimum will fix that, figure out a way to roll back gerrymandering to sort Congress. Statehood for P.R & D.C brings a bit of balance to the Senate.

Again... I'm not much of a gambler, but these gambling lines are incredibly favorable to bet on Biden. The odds are out of whack. I'm tempted to put some money in it.

Disclaimer: this does not mean there's a 0% chance of a Trump win. It just means that Biden is a heavy favorite.

The real issue here is the inevitable court battles coming over the election. A full compliment of Justices would be better.
