Begrudgingly I'll admit I live in a very blue area and even the conservatives are moderate for the most part. Drive 20 min in either direction and you find Trump signs and flags though.

Basically I'm in the educated suburbs.

It is hacked unless the OWNER gave access to distribute the contents... Now there are exceptions to this regarding Child porn but AFAIK that's the ONLY one. Unduly accessing the data in ways not allowed by the customer is and ALWAYS must be hacking.
I work in this I recover peoples data all the time I will NEVER Distribute what I see unless it is child porn. the Computer company should be Destroyed for their lack of ethics.. I would never Patronize them
 
If during your work you see evidence of a crime and don't report it you can then become an accessory. It's a fine line.
 
Less radicals here yes. Mostly older NY Dems. Whiny fuckers I'll tell you but all in all they're decent people for the most part.

And one thing that rarely gets discussed is how much the US debt grew under Trump before COVID, due to tax cuts and increased government spending....and this is with an economic expansion that he proclaimed was the best ever.

He’s always been proactive in screwing vendors, even when he has sufficient cash flow to cover obligations. He never pays them for the job they did, goes to court, bankrupts some of them and then settles for 50 cents on the dollar with the survivors.

That said, given his track record of bankruptcy, we know he was ostracized by mainstream banks. And that’s when some pretty nasty operators acquired “leverage”.

True but even then the time frame from that there is no justifiable way I can see that he didn't hack the information.
I don't search for stuff on my customer's HDD's for I respect their right to privacy. and yes there has been child porn found usually in a data trasfer case where you see the file names... I don't search a clients emails for "dirt" that's beyond unethical. it is hacking..
Much like if a contractor get's a key to your property if they take anything it's still theft.
That shop should be run out of business. if we have a system that is deemed abandoned we Format the drive 3 pass wipe before we look to get money out of it.
When there are problems with email I might try and look at a few of the most recent and I try to avoid anything that looks medical in favor of stuff that is advertising. or specific ones if the customer tells me that's where the problem is. I don't "search"
