Is Don Jr. under investigation? I know he's wanted to answer questions. But a witness isn't the same thing Also making yourself a public figure and Don Jr. has definitely done that is different then Hunter. Hunter is not taking press conferences for his father. He's not parading as a power broker at the DNC..

Now if your referring to the Muller probe Don Jr's act to help his father get elected got him into being investigated.
Are Hunter Biden's potential crimes directly related to work he did to help elect Joe Biden??IF you say yes you are a liar. NOTE: I am not saying they aren't but at this point we (The public) don't know that. Most likely since it's about taxes it's probably about not declaring all income or the like and I don't see how that'll get on Joe in anything more then him being his father. .

edit: Also considering he traded on his fathers name he may have not complied with all tax laws it would NOT surprise me.. it would have been stupid but not surprising. But I also don't think it was done to help Joe Biden get elected... He didn't meet with the Chinese in Trump tower to get dirt on Hillary (At least that's my belief)

Yeah, even the sound of the shot last were “off”. At first I thought it was the recording but they sound different than a standard issue glock 40 would sound. I’m thinking they were non-lethal rounds by the sound and the way she ran off.

I’m confused. Are you a constitutional scholar to label it meritless? I’m not saying it has merit because I’m not sure of the constitutional standing Texas may or may not have. I too am of the opinion that they don’t have standing but neither of us, nor the Twitter lawyers, know until SCOTUS chimes in. You’re assumption that it would only be “purely political reasons” is nothing more than opinion.

Remember, this case is taking a completely different angle on this and Texas needs to prove standing (ie. competently explain how they’ve been harmed in this). In any event, answers are due by 3pm today to we should know if they shoot it down within the next day or two.

Democrats are in somewhat of a tough position optics wise. Biden realizes a lot of people that voted Trump crossed over. In order to expand that base you simply cannot act like the party that the people crossed over from. Now if they don’t really matter to the democrats then sure, go right ahead and act like the loons people moved on from.

It’ll just create more third party voters or voters that abstain. The anti Trump sentiment showed up in the vote, key GOP officials are either overtly or tacitly approving what Trump is doing, this will have lingering effects and simply doing the same thing, even out of mockery, won’t keep those people that had enough with the GOP.

They’re walking the political line on this and I’m certain Biden is telling them he doesn’t want to escalate if they can avoid it.

Doesn't this show their integrity? In October when there was no real story about the laptop, they didn't report on it. Now that there is a story, about the tax investigation, they are reporting on it.
