It was a great game to watch and really the refs screwed the Bills at the end of the first half. If they had scored that field goal they wouldn't have needed a touchdown in the dying seconds.

Football is a neocon sport: it's violent, the hired help can be fired at a moment's notice, and owners aren't required to pay severance when they cut a player. Playing the game requires strict adherence to the game plan which is practiced over and over again until it becomes rote. It is not a sport which encourages non-conformity. Baseball is more liberal: players have guaranteed incomes, players of all sizes can excel, not just the behemoths or pituitary cases, there's no clock, it's more situational and improvisational and appeals to people who are free thinkers.

I'm preparing for a ton of yellow laundry to be flying on the field and yellow hankies to be waved in the stands when we play the Steelers on Sunday. For us to win, we will have to beat both the Steelers AND the refs. The Steelers, like the Packers, usually get 2-3 important calls in their favour at home.

There is questionable calls every games sadly. There definitely should have been a penalty on that play. Even worse was the referees not pumping back the clock an issuing a delay of game.
