Pork tenderloin cooked on the BBQ is a favorite and soooo easy using the 7-6-5 method.

Marinated over night or for at least 2-3 hours in either a teriyaki marinade or a marinade of lime juice, lime zest, honey and garlic. Heat the BBQ to high. Cook for 7 min. on one side with lid closed, turn and cook 6 min. (lid closed) then turn off BBQ and let finish cooking with the lid closed for
5 min.

If cooking in the oven I smear a thin layer of Keene's hot mustard over it and roast at 400 for 35-40 min. or until desired doneness.

Another tasty and quick method is to cut the tenderloin into medallions dip in beaten egg and coat with soda cracker crumbs the fry of about
3-4 min. per side and serve with some apple sauce.

Buy, drink, be merry.
