The agua fresca trick plays across basically any fruit as well....strawberries were on special? Cool, strawberry agua fresca. Pineapple, mango, whatever, fucking fantastic. Same technique across the board, vary your sugar level to match the fruit you're using.

They're a really good blank canvas. I remember the first time I saw wifey juice half a lime over a big bowl of chips and hit it with hot sauce....was all "wtf"....I was wrong. I was wrong. It's great.
