I'm late to the party on tuna melts but I have gained a new deep appreciation of them lately.
 
I'm late to the party on tuna melts but I have gained a new deep appreciation of them lately.
My kid prefers Gouda on her melt which is good too but I grew up on swiss with the melt so it's nostalgic for me. My Grandmothers recipe.
 
Tuna, which is disgusting to my tastebuds, has some of the highest mercury levels of any fish.

BTW, Ahi Tuna is bloody awesome, don't know how you don't like it unless you were referring to the canned stuff.
 
It's time for one of these what with the constant discussion of food. Like people eat all the time or something.
