– Toronto Blue Jays: They just earned an extra $50 million or so in revenue from their World Series run. They’ll put it right back into the team and could be the favorite for Kyle Tucker.

If the team decided to replace Bo with Tucker, it would emotionally be rough, and it would certainly be expensive, but it's undeniable that Tucker over Bo makes the team better offensively and defensively, especially the latter.

Fwiw, I'm not sure that Tucker makes the Jays better than Bo. A ~4.5 WAR RF is a top 7-8 RF in baseball, a 4 WAR 2B is top 3 and I'm not convinced Bo doesn't pick up .5 WAR or more in the switch. There's a lower positional adjustment at 2B, but Bo loses so much value on his truly shitty glove over there that him moving to even roughly average is probably worth 2-3x the position adjustment difference. Bo would have been 2nd in wRC+ among 2B's last year.

Overall agree with the off season wishlist though, but Bo is going to be ~10 million less per year for the same relative impact imo, and that's before we get into the BFFL situation with Vladdy.

He makes like 12 million this year, it really doesn't. Our best bet is to hope/assume that healthy Sandy is going to give us ~120 wRC+ and big power in the middle of the lineup to protect Vlad-Bo. He's a switch hitter with no weakness vs either handed pitcher. He's a pretty ideal guy to drop right behind those two.

Yeah, I wasn’t a fan of the Santander signing because he is poor defensively and doesn’t get on base, but he’s a decent bounce back candidate. Even as a bat-first 4th OF he has value.

The Jays are drowning in money. Just sign everyone that is willing to come. Cease, Murakami, Bichette, Tucker. They can afford them all.

I just think Gimmy/Clement SS/2B with either in either spot is plus plus MI D, with Tucker being avg in RF and Barger avg at 3B
 
If they go the SP trade route and assuming Skubal is a non starter how do people rank
