OT: What are you Watching/Listening/Drinking?

We usually cook up two big meals each week, one for lunches and one for dinners. My partner is veggie so I am mostly veggie too (still have lots of pandemic bacon stocked).

This week we have herbed quinoa and chickpea salad for lunches and general tso tofu (with rice) for dinners. A good week. Also made a carrot cake and chocolate chip rice krispie cookies.
 
I roast peppers all the time; great in sandwiches or as a side for sausages.... but stuffed peppers? Too much work that’s not worth the ROI
 
I somehow agree with both of you. They're one of those things that I never crave but when I have them I wonder why I rarely make them.
