OT: What are you Watching/Listening/Drinking?

Trying to make jerky for the first time.

Eye of round.

3mm sliced crossgrain

The remainder of my homemade ghost pepper sauce with fresh mince garlic onion, some Wooster sauce and a bit of honey for sweet and lime for citrus. Probably overdid that marinade but we'll see. But it smelled so good I wanted to eat the beef raw.

No dehydrater or smoker so I'll be doing the open oven method and we'll see how it turns out.

Any tips appreciated.
 
This is the kind of thing that Rogan's podcast is really good at. I don't know that much about the Manson murders, but enough to say this is pretty interesting stuff.

Definitely worth watching for anyone with an interest in that case.

Just got the audiobook, should be a good listen.
 
Been watching Pablo Escobar El Patron del Mal on Netflix. It's bad. Train wreck bad. Terrible acting, terrible direction, terrible music score. Absolutely nothing redeeming about it.


Why can't I stop watching it?
